Submission to Technology

This is an arrangement of two figures, a wire sculpture (male figure) representing technology and a sensual female figure, representing humanity. We design technology to make our lives more comfortable, but instead, we become slaves to our designs. The woman is depicted in a wiry texture, becoming machine-like in her arms, her hands already wired. The dependency is more representative of an addiction than a relationship of enablement.
