This piece reflects on opening up in vulnerability as a precondition to connection and relationship. It uses stereotypes of men and women to illustrate the challenge of becoming vulnerable. For men it is reportedly more difficult to open up emotionally and share feelings and thoughts; on the other hand, women may feel most vulnerable when they are opening up physically. In this unmasking and de-robing piece, connection is symbolised by the robes, which are shared between the two characters.
